The business professionals and city-lovers can relish in knowing that 4 other metro cities are within 3 hours or less: Ashville, NC, Charlotte, NC, Charleston, SC, and Columbia SC. Each of these cities has a vibe all their own we'll explore later.
The "Upstate" is comprised mostly of Spartanburg and Greenville counties. Spartanburg is slower paced, featuring that classic southern charm, with more rural-suburban living opportunities for those who want some peace and privacy. Greenville is more of a urban-suburban blend, but still offers several rural living opportunities as well.
Both offer an impressive artistic influence and have ample opportunity for small business development.

Felicia Page is a Spartanburg Native, attended grade school in District 5 and obtained a Bachelors Degree at University of South Carolina Upstate with a minor in Business Administration.
Felicia began her career as a Realtor in January 2015 after real estate peaked her interest in 2008-2009 when she worked as an appraisers assistant. In addition to her valuation expertise, Felicia has several
certifications which make her the valuable real estate agent you want in your corner during the selling and buying process: Certified Staging Professional, Certified Negotiations Expert, and Certified Customer First Professional just to name a few.
Experience for a year as a listing coordinator on The Rupesh Patel Home Selling Team and another year as a sales agent for local Barndo Builder, The Barndo Co, has brought Felicia a vast knowledge of systems building to better create a smooth, educational selling and/or buying experience for her clientele. Felicia employs an assistant to help with clerical duties across her daily activities to ensure her clients receive top level customer service where it counts.

Not sure where to start. I was referred to Ms. Page. I had a terrible prior agent and I was told she gets things done. That is what she does. She gets things done. We started the process of building a new home. We thought it would be nice and easy but it was far from smooth. Ms. Page made it easy for me because she did all the work to make sure the builder did what the contract said. She did not let them skip on any work or any corners. She would show up on the job site and video the work. She made sure the builder was working and not just killing time. She double checked all the work. She would come and go over the specs to make sure builder was doing it right. I really cannot say enough about Ms. Page. She is hard working and will make sure the day you close that you are getting what you want. Because if not she will tell you not to sign until you get what you want and was promised. If you need an agent to sell or buy - She is the agent you should use. You will not be disappointed.
