Book your consultation now to assess your goals and create an actionable plan to help you meet those goals, whether you want to buy now or in a year from now. ​ Let's meet for coffee and discuss your needs and wants, prioritize them so we can move seamlessly during our home search, and set you up for true success to win the home that's right for you. ​ We'll also discuss the home buying process in depth to ensure you have a full understanding of what to expect in the days ahead.  During our buyer consultations we address your needs and wants, your lifestyle, and financial details such as budget and determining how much home you can afford. Completing these assessments first will get you prepared to start your home search and set you up for success. We'll also discuss the buying process so you can feel fully prepared in today's fast paced market and know what the next step is so there are no surprises. We love to #supportlocal so pick your favorite coffee shop and we'll meet you there, our treat! *Buyer Consultations are available during weekdays or weekends. Please note at least 48 hour notice is required for weekend appointments. **Pre-approvals must be issued before showings can begin.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, a 24 hour notice is required. Staging & Interior Design consultations must be paid for up front and are final upon completion of the consultation.
