Selling your home is bitter sweet- so many memories made within those walls. Getting it ready to sell is also a tough job- we often live in a house much differently than how we want it to look to make sure we get the highest price. Cleanliness, decluttering, and lightening & brightening are just some of the few things most sellers have to do to get their home ready. We'll zero in on a detailed list of what we need to do to get the home ready for sale, look at comparable sales to see what your home could potentially sell for, and discuss, based on your price point, what the best marketing plan will be to make sure we get it sold so you can meet your goal of starting your next chapter. We'll also discuss what to expect during the entire process so there are no surprises to create a smooth selling experience from start to finish.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, a 24 hour notice is required. Staging & Interior Design consultations must be paid for up front and are final upon completion of the consultation.
