It is statistically proven that homes that are staged sell for up to 13% higher and 40% faster. In my experience with buyers, your personal items can have a shocking impact on their perception of your home. Also, not all people possess the ability to envision how a space may be used or how well furniture may fit within the room. Better yet, creating a positive visual experience using furniture and staging can change a buyers perspective of a home. Staging is simply making your home look like what buyers are looking for- not necessarily how they may even live in the house themselves. It's all about creating a perception of how they want to live and how they could best live in your home. Often times your own furniture can be used while simply adding in some chic decor, while other times, in the case of vacant homes, full rooms of furniture may be needed. Using my artistic perception, continual study of home trends, and understanding what type of buyer may best appeal to your home will allow you to sell your home faster and for more. *Staging Consultations are included in Seller Consultations or are available to other agents and their clients. **Fee for Staging Orchestration is variable and will be assessed following the consultation.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, a 24 hour notice is required. Staging & Interior Design consultations must be paid for up front and are final upon completion of the consultation.
